Our Journey…

Hey everyone, Vish here – I’m the head honcho (as wifey likes to put it) behind the this blog! This project is designed, created and maintained by both of us but you’ll be hearing a lot more from me! That’s not to say Asia won’t be contributing articles, videos and working on the gazillion projects we have going on over here, we just agreed that I should be at the helm.
Asia and I collaborate on everything. We’ve always worked extremely well together and enjoy contributing our various talents to help achieve the overall business and life success we’ve been blessed with over the years. We’re Married Designers / Entrepreneurs that have been making a living online for more than 11 years! In Internet years, that’s a VERY long time. We’ve jumped many hurdles and have each generated six-figure incomes consistently during our self-employed journey.
We want to Help YOU make money online. That is why we’ve created VishandAsia.com – your guide to becoming not just successful online but in all areas of your life. We say all areas because, learning how to make money online doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll make money online. It’s a three-step process. You have to learn how to create success, then make money and be deeply committed to living good throughout the entire process.
Take a moment to close your eyes and visualize the life you want. Think about it for at least 30 seconds and feel it. Trust me – it’s all possible, especially if you believe in it! Keep reading…
We’ve generated income in many ways, through what seems like an endless list of projects and ventures both online and off. Every single project has contributed profoundly in some way to where we are today. It’s always been a learning process and still is – through all the successful and the not-so-successful moments.
Here’s a brief look at some of what we’ve done over the years. Please keep in mind that we started from practically nothing and very humble beginnings.
At the age of 16, I registered my first company and took a crack at a few interesting offline businesses that didn’t do so well. I made a little money but nothing to write home about. The things I learned were extremely valuable for my future success. I always knew that having a boss looking over my shoulders was most definitely not in my cards.
I got into the online business in 1996-97 when I was only 18, creating my very first websites on free hosts Tripod and Geocities. They made hundreds of dollars per month with pay-per-click and affiliate advertising. This convinced me to quit my job, put college on hold mid-semester and go all in. Of course I don’t recommend everyone take such drastic steps, I was young and naïve but very determined and thankfully it all worked out. I was putting it all-nighters and seriously committed to making everything work. I call it a perfect combustion of extremely hard work and good old fashioned luck!
At one time, I was eBay crazy! I bought and sold various items including third-party Nintendo 64 memory cards and controllers on eBay in 1999 or so. It was a decent hustle that helped me get accustomed to online selling, managing shipping costs and keeping my bottom line on the up and up. It also really made we want to create my own Auction site to go head to head with eBay, which of course never happened. LOL
I partnered & worked with lifelong friends to create several websites and projects backed by the web experience I garnered over time. We built many projects in different Industries and Niches and generated profits with advertising, affiliate marketing and e-commerce. These projects went on to gross six-figures. This was wonderful time for learning and mastering many of the webmaster, design and online entrepreneur skills I depend on so heavily today.

In 2000, I met Asia which set the stage for everything else. We clicked instantly, fell in love, moved in together and started an exciting new life. A year later, we started our own business, separate from everything else I was doing, and went to work.
- We designed websites, advertising and print material for clients. Designing websites is what really kept me interested in this business. Our creative sides need to be scratched to keep us motivated!
- We bought and flipped domains and small websites in various niches. We currently own well over 175 website domains but of course, not all are live or running at this very moment.
- We built an arsenal of information websites that generated income via paid advertising, Google AdSense, affiliate programs and more.
- We got our hands wet in real estate and have since invested in a few residential properties. We’re in the process of exploring this some more.
- We increased our portfolio by investing in different things, mainly our own ideas and other projects. We’re always on the lookout for new biz opportunities and projects.
In 2004, Asia decided to study in Interior Design. Her studies inspired us to create and launch FOKaL and most recently LivingWithWhite, both of which are quite successful and growing at an amazing pace. Asia stays pretty busy with both design blogs.

Our precious Halle inspired us to create a positive dog training and natural care dog blog, which is one of our main focuses at this very moment. We’ve spent a few years studying, learning and honing in on canine psychology and natural dog care. Dog training and care is one of our passions and we’re planning to expand the business and website.
We’re also in the process of developing several other websites. We also own and operate the amazingly cool – VishandAsia.com. This particular project is a very important one. We’ve been wanting to create an online blog or website for years that delivers honest and tried information that just about anyone can utilize to create success and build a profitable online business.
We are very hands-on and can handle almost all aspects of our online and offline ventures. We PhotoShop, design, take our own photos, SEO & marketing, development, branding, outsourcing, balancing our books, investments, writing – we’re pretty hands on and have a solid grasp of many of the talents required to build an online business. That’s not to say we’re great at everything or even masters at everything. We often require help and outsource things like programming, management help and other aspects of our operation. We’ve commissioned and worked with many talented folks over the years. We currently have a tight team of awesome people we depend for various duties.
Let me also add that when I was a youngin’ (16 years old or so), I ordered all types of make-money-from-home kits via corny television infomercials. Yes – I’ve done the SMC thing! Yes, I’ve listened and studied old school audio tapes with titles like “Power of Negotiating” and “Marketing for the Masses”. In fact, just talking about all of this is making me feel a really old right now…
Our online experience is extensive. Everything was self-learned through trial and error. Not only that, we’ve practically grown up doing this. From late teens to 30+, we’ve been working, grinding and making money online. We’ve also mastered how to manage and grow our home business without literally going insane. There’s always so much to do and the needed discipline and will power is something we grew into with time. We’ve also learned hard lessons on how to avoid pitfalls and ensure longevity.
One of our strongest qualities is our natural instinct for helping others. We’ve often had to play a leadership role and do what we can to teach and broaden our own experiences and awareness. We’re very serious about helping you learn the methods and techniques to generate money on the Internet. How much green you make depends entirely on you. You can make thousands just as easily as you can make hundreds. It’s definitely not simple and though you might initially love the idea of the lifestyle, achieving it requires patience, hard work, persistence and knowledge of how everything is done.
The goal is to teach everything we’ve learned since the very beginning of our online ventures. We will be sharing tips and tricks that touch virtually every aspect of running an online business. We’ll also discuss success as a whole, how to maintain your life tanks and to prioritize what’s important in your life.
With everything we’ve achieved, we do our best to remain humble. We live a pretty paired-down and relaxed lifestyle because we choose to. Our life experiences have encouraged us to keep things simple in order to balance everything in a healthy way. We’ve had our share of hurdles and I’m happy to say we’ve persevered. We’re still learning, adapting, life is always changing and ever-evolving.
In closing, I just want to say thanks for stopping by and reading! Shout-out to family, friends and everyone that continues to support us daily!!! We’re always grateful and humbled by their support and feedback.
We hope you enjoy VishandAsia.com – We really did our homework and prepared the site to deliver all the goodness you need to succeed. Don’t forget to share V&A with anyone you feel might benefit from making some real income from home or will enjoy our insights on being successful online.

Hey Guys, hope your good?
I recently signed up for your Authority Blog Revenue eBook.
I’m enjoying the daily emails but have a serious gripe with the text format.
The body text is light grey and a bit difficult to read.
Was wondering if you could something about that?
Apart from that; great work, keep up the good work!
Hey Winn. Great to hear from you… we’re doing good over here and U?
Light grey… oh really? any chance you can email a screenshot at vish @ cause I’d love to visualize to get a better clue. Hope others aren’t having the same issue… if so, we’ll get it sorted ASAP. Meantime, if you’re eager to read the emails… just copy/paste them into a text editor… not ideal I know but good temp solution!
Thanks for joining us and taking a moment to hit us up!
